Job Specifics

Remote Workplace

The position of a Sales Representative is entirely remote so any place where you have an internet connection is a place where your can work freely. Microsoft Teams is a Sales Representative's virtual office so you must be able to use or learn to use Microsoft Teams.

Commission Pay Structure

The Sales Representative's salary is paid solely by commission. There is no yearly salary and there is no hourly wage. Sales Representatives generate 30% commission on the sales they generate and there is no earning cap. Majority of sales made will be on subscription services so sales representatives will make reoccurring commission each time a client has their subscription renewed, either monthly or yearly. This means a Sales Representative can make $10,000/per month, $1,000/per month, or $100/per month. the sky is the limit.

Work Hours

Sales Representatives are expected to work at least part time, but there is no requirement for the number of hours a Sales Representative must work. Since pay is entirely commission based, Sales Representative's have full control over their work schedule.
